I work on the computer. Most of the moment-to-moment work I do is offline, though, so the internet is mostly a distraction. I installed Freedom, and that helped. Any other strategies people have used to cut down on phone/internet use?
I have disabled notifications for all social media on my phone which helps to create some distance. At night I leave the phone in a place where I can hear it but have to get completely out of bed in order to reach it. This has cut down on a lot of relapses late at night/early morning. If possible you could also consider going back to a dumb phone for a while.
