It's only as hard as you make it. Like I said before, until you're willing to let go you will continue to fail. You are still holding on to it.

thats the spirit man. The best way to let go of this terrible habit is to have something more important to strive for.
When I say that I don't just mean in an immediate sense. Long term goals will keep you going. Even if you aren't busy on the weekend doesn't mean you have an excuse to lower yourself. That's short sighted.
Yes it is good to recognize that. However your fear of something so simple and so early on in a streak speaks volumes to me.
