Hi. I never used a forum. Not sure how, Don't care. I'm going to shoot for 90 days no fapping.

    I'm sure someone will correct me if what I am doing is wrong, but I really don't care. I just want to see if keeping log of my times of need, and my improvements will help me be accountable, and develop willpower. Here goes.
