Hi guys, posting to introduce myself of course. I will be starting nofap on the 1st of August. I in fact stopped watching porn last year in June, but I still have problems with ED. I never had a period of a solid 3 months abstaining (partly due to a sceptical partner) and I feel that I never fully recovered. I am no longer with my partner and I feel this will help my confidence as well as ED. My progress so far has been going from being completely dead downstairs in sexual situations to being able to have intercourse for a little while before losing an erection. I feel that it is now both a combination of mind over matter, where I feel that I doubt myself sometimes, and that my penis is still less sensitive than it should be. In other words, I see this three month challenge as a final push. Cheers.
