This is Funkyman here. I came two times in the last five minutes. Once in my hand and then to this forum. I think that this is a very interesting thing going on here. I really feel bad after every time I make myself ejaculate and I am looking forward to stopping this habbit of mine.

I don't really know how long I've stayed the most without jerking off, but I usually jerk of two or three times a month.

Many times I find myself jerking off to nothing but imagination, but even often I'm doing something and then I kind of get bored and start touching myself. One thing leads to another and then here I am with an open browser window on a porn website.

The only problem I have with jerking off is the amount of energy I feel that is drained from my body.

I realise this is a bad for both my mind and body and I am looking forward to stopping this habbit.

I do have a request from you guys though. I browsed this forum a bit and I didn't quite understand what PMO means.

What does PMO stand for?

And another question:

Can I touch myself without ejaculating?

I know that this might not be allowed by the rules here but I feel that it would be alright to touch myself if it finally dosen't lead to ejaculating in the end.

And one last question:

Are there any specific rules here for not masturbating?

Also, any useful links on the forum will be very useful for me.
