Hi Kyle! Hope you're still giving /nofap/ a go! It's tough, but I'm certain it's within all of us to keep at it. Just focus on the goal... whatever it may be for you. For me, it's pretty personal: Being able to perform better with the ladies. I sure have had some uncomfortable moments in the past; I don't want any repeats of those in the future, and fapping just wasn't helping anything. What is your goal?
