I have been abstaining from PMO since April 30...I have MO'd without P 4 or 5 times in the last 75 days, with one very short PMO relapse about 6 days ago. Anyway, I had a girl I met on Tinder come over to watch a movie, and we started cuddling, and I was instantly aroused! She ended up giving me a HJ and I O'd in 3 minutes, no DE or ED. I have had ED with my old GF who was more attractive, but we broke up a month into my reboot. What do y'all think....am I back??

My anxiety today has been higher....I'm kind of back, but I'm feeling urges to binge. I know to stay strong bc it's my brain playing "primitive tricks".
