Depends on your goals. Personally, I don’t think you need to abstain from any sexual activity with your partner.
Again, depends on your goals, but rebooting can still take place while engaging in partnered sexual activities. I guess people call it “Easy” mode. Personally, I don’t even abstain from masturbation, I just try to keep it from being compulsive.
In my opinion, if you're trying to give up porn, and have a partner you can be sexually active with, I would say go ahead and enjoy your time with your partner. I know for me personally when I am in a relationship, my interest in porn drops because the real thing is always so much better.
While I struggle with the NoFap I try to focus on my wife more to re-wire my brain to remember why shes the one that excites me in the first place instead of porn. Shes my partner for a reason, we are supposed to enjoy each other. If you have a partner, me personally I'd focus on that while you're doing your NoFap.
I would say to have a break from everything for a month or two at least. Then your brain will really start craving your partner and appreciate her more
