In our spirits, there is a split between good and evil, hate and love we live in a constant battle with our ego as it likes to defend itself. This constant battle is within us but we need to learn to conquer both sides that exist within us. learn to create light from the darkness. I see the urges as tests and if I pass I become stronger and stronger until I am the winner. I see relapses as a lost battle within me but this WAR never ends within us.
