I'm a 24 year old male. NoFap is something I was looking for from a long time. I have literally destroyed my youth on PMO in the last 2 years. I have very high spiritual goals and PMO is a strict NO NO. I was PMO free for about 4 years since late teenage years which was unfortunately broken in April 2013 and have been struggling ever since. I look forward to be PMO free and gradually make it into a life long vow. My goal is pure celibacy (brahmacharya). I know with abstinence, one's mind works optimally and spiritual and life goals are much easier to pursue. Hopefully I will be able to achieve my goal with the help of NoFap community. Thanks!
