Hi I'm a 44 year old Scottish Male. A couple of days ago I accepted I'm a porn/sex addict. This was due in large part to counselling I'm receiving currently as I'm trying to sort myself out after destroyed my Marriage, unsure yet if I will lose my wife or we will reconcile. Porn was a huge contributory factor to my marriage breakup because it stopped me from having a healthy sex life with my wife and this led to me blaming her for my ED, delayed O's, weak O's and lack of satisfaction. I strayed and got addicted to phone sex with another lady (at long distance) and had a long term txt and phone relationship with her, eventually I left my wife for the other lady only to realise after I'd made a few trips to actually spent some time in her company we were not at all compatible at all, I had fallen for a fantasy and that I still loved and missed my Wife. I need to stop fapping as I'm addicted it's damaging me, and this addiction is costing me so much, doing so much family damage, it's been such a expensive journey to get here.. Today is day 1... and I'm finding it difficult, I have used PMO as a emotional crutch almost daily for the whole of my adult life.
