    everything is over.
the title is quite accurate. I don't know where to start, all I can say is that I have to get this thing off my chest. it is impossible, what path did I choose and how did I end up. it is not only pornography that has destroyed me, but it is also playing with football matches, that is gambling and addiction to it. the dependence of these things has been going on for many years. pornography over 13-14 years and gambling for many years. starting from December 2022 until this day that I am writing to you, I have lost about 7000 euros. maybe for someone these are nothing very funny, but for me they are a lot, since I live in a country where the economy is very weak. I just do a job where I get a simple salary, but I have nothing left. it is an abyss into which I fell very badly. That's it, I can't take it anymore

Man, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Have you thought about looking into getting some support like gamblers anonymous? I woud check to see if they have meetings in your country/area. I know not everyone likes 12-step groups, but they don't charge any money to be a part of them, so it might be a good option to get some in real life help.

Hey if you're losing money like that everything is going to be overwhelming. I would say concentrate on overcoming the gambling addiction first. That will have ripple effects and help you with your porn addiction too.

You’re in a bad spot. You can freak out about it, but that won’t help. You need to get your feet under yourself.

There’s work you’re going to have to do in the future, about why you gamble and use porn. In the present, you know that you do it to stimulate yourself, to distract yourself from your discomfort. If you want to stop the damage porn and gambling are doing to you right now, you’re going to have to anticipate getting uncomfortable, and not using those methods to distract. Unfortunately, those are the methods your brain knows and will want to use the most, so temptation to use them will be strong. I strongly suggest you think of ways to relieve discomfort that aren’t these two coping mechanisms, and use those new ways often.

You can beat this, but it’s going to take time and practice. Don’t get too despondent over setbacks.
