(When I say peeking it means on instagram model/girl in attractive dress.) So I have been trying to get with this girl who also happens to be an old teammate in online video games. She asked me to check a new reel she uploaded on instagram and wanted an opinion if she should keep it on profile or remove it. Now I have uninstalled instagram and gaming applications when I started this streak to avoid dopamine hits. P was never much of an issue so no need to use blockers etc. The problem is some IG girls are so much beautiful that I end up MOing seeing their photos. Hence to cure that addiction with IG girls I joined NF. Yesterday she asked me to check her reel and I had to install IG again. Her reel was enough to turn me ON. I stayed aroused for about 30 minutes till we talked. And after that I fantasized about her while being in a state of arousal. Now since I had already installed IG, I went along twice to check one girl and got turned ON again. I know this is a slip up. I did this twice today but my hand never went below and didn't M. The problem I had stayed aroused for considerable time in these 2 days, So will this be called peeking or edging? Or should I start again after 'cleaning the pipes'. Personally I don't wanna do this as I love the energy build up during these days of No MO. I am confused because I didn't touch and didn't M, so not sure whether it is edging. Should I reset and start from 0?
I'd say that if you were aroused and managed not to MO then this is the by far greater achievement, so no reset. But surely it depends from what your goals exactly are.
If you reset every time you fantasise you won't get past a week. Fantasising is normal human behaviour. Non-porn addicts will fantasise about sex at least once a week. Easily.
I only reset when there's a full PMO. If I only peek without touching, I don't. But everyone has the right to choose his own path. Others shouldn't judge them. You set your own rules because it's your life.
