I feel really great! Way more confident, I'm still lacking in the motivation department, but I can feel it slowly coming back.
congrats ! thats a real good streak to have going. Remember youre gonna feel bad at some points but you gotta remember its part of recovery. Its not a straight shot though, ups and downs while your dopamine reward system gets re adjusted..
