Does anyone else find it a challenge through their reboot process that if you’re using dating apps, that some women are often advertising their socials and these will often include links to things like their OF, and therefore a hinderance to one’s progress of rebooting?
Yea, dating apps used to trigger me as well… but I think it was more the craving for the women that triggered PMO.. not the actual women themselves and their pictures… so it’s internal technically
