What jorg said and also, your body isn’t going to absorb it all, that’s why they put higher than the RDA for zinc in a pill, so that after the process of going through your stomach, some does make it and be absorbed
All vitamins, I’d also like to add that supplements are fillers and shouldn’t replace good real food. Supplements just fill the little space you miss from not enough vitamin and nutrient intake, if that makes sense
I take 25 mg of zinc citrate every other day. It's had no effect on my libido, but I'm not taking it for that purpose anyway.
