You didn't look for it and assuming you didn't pause the scene or rewinded, there is no problem. These random encounters are sometimes unavoidable. Be careful not to engage when it happens. Let it pass. No need to worry.
There are certain acts... I remembered i used to watch videos guy slapped girlfriend butt in yoga pant... Folks told me to it was slipped up since i didn't masturbate... However in this case, if i have to give an example like a guy was messed up his mission then constantly getting his butt hit from a huge stick etc.. like things that used to be normalize now become so triggered that make me paranoid about everything whether it was relapse or not... Actually yes i did went to check not for the sexual stimulation, because it was funny etc... i sometimes wanna give up on nofap, the consequences left are just terribly bad including anxiety and triggered about everything

Yes i feel like going crazy... From all the flashbacks and stuffs i used to do... However sometimes it could be count as relapse or not, i was never sure of... Because my main goals is only no porn, no masturbate... Somehow there other sub things that could consider relapse which i never actually know... Like girl twerking, nice girl butt picture etc.. not nudity... I just had a doubt then ask about it, who know this would count as relapse or not, some said it's just slipped up etc... Despite i already went to therapy diagnosed me with GAD (general anxiety disorder) ... I mostly nowadays dealing with flashbacks and random triggered... I just can't enjoy normal things anymore...
This is not a fixed game where you break certain rules and then a jury says that you relapsed. Asking "does this count as a relapse?" is ALWAYS the wrong question. We have to be honest about this. If you are asking "does this count as a relapse?" we are relying on someone else to tell us whether our life is OK. Wrong. Only you can say whether you relapsed or not. Because relapse is not so much an action but a state of mind. It is the state of mind that says "I am not REALLY done with porn, I am just avoiding it for now..." And only you can judge your state of mind whether it is clean or not. Clean meaning there is absolute clarity about the fact THAT I AM DONE WITH PORN. Will it be easy? No. Will you have crazy withdrawal symptons that are worse then some serious drugs? Probably. Can you make it thorugh it? Certainly. Will the withdrawals stop at some point? Yes. But for now you have to go through them and they are very neccessary.
