Hi everybody. I decided to start a small fitness challenge. I decided to start gradually. To begin with, I'm going to do the following exercises every day for a week: 1) 30 push-ups 2) 30 squats 3) 30 twists per press 4) The bar is 30-60 seconds Each exercise is performed 3 times I'm also going to run for half an hour. Not every day, but at least 2-3 days a week, it would be ideal to start with this.
