Hey everyone! I decided to make a challenge for anyone who wants to do a year-long challenge. This can be modified anyway you want, whether you want no PMO, no PM, no P, etc. If you want to go all out I'd recommend hard-mode no PMO. Are you ready to immerse yourself and kick some a*s? Then let's go! We're going to kick it into high gear! DAY 0: Drained of energy and motivation. You need to go out and do something! DAY 7: Feeling better than before and more confident. Getting looks from women since you have a boost of confidence suddenly, I assume? Still have struggles, but keep on going! DAY 14: Usually when withdrawals and high urges occur. Feels like a hole in your chest sometimes. Don't give up, keep going strong! DAY 21: Hardest weeks have gone by. You're eligible for an arc reactor that was built. DAY 30: New mark I suit. DAY 45: Mark II suit has been developed. Keep it going! DAY 75: Mark III suit. A little bit of hot rod red for you! Day 90: The classic reboot age. You get a mark V suit now. Think it's over? Far from it buddy. 9 months left! Day 120: Most people tend to have troubles after getting past the first big hurdle of 90 days, since you've got this far you receive a new arc reactor made of vibranium instead of the original palladium. Day 150: New mark VI suit! Better suited to work with your new arc reactor! Day 200: You got this far, time for another upgrade. Mark VII suit. Day 245: Mark XLII suit is now available. Keep on going! Day 275: Mark XLIII has been unlocked. You are doing great! Day 300: Mark XLV is now up and ready for you. If you've gotten this far, there are even better suits to come up! Day 330: Mark XLVII is readily available for you. Next up will be the mark L. So keep it going! Day 365: Congratulations, you made it to the 1 year mark! You have unlocked the mark L suit! But wait, there is more! If you keep going you can unlock the ultimate suit, the Mark LXXXV! DAY 400: Well, here is the final suit if you decided to keep going past the one year mark! The ultimate LXXXV suit. Just because you have beaten this challenge does not mean you should stop helping your body. Keep on improving day by day and become a better you each day, just like Iron Man did with his suit! Resources: If you still need motivation to join this challenge, just watch this video to motivate you : And this if you want to type a post here about your journey so you can feel bad a*s: Tips: Take cold showers Get a good night's rest Take care of yourself, if it means exercising or eating healthy Stay hydrated And always keep learning new things!
