Thanks, I really appreciate it. You have also motivated me so many times. I think the hardest part of NoFap is to make it through a relapse cycle. I have seen so many people with decent streaks who relapsed once, and then left NoFap b4 long. You are one of the few exceptions. I think in the end of the day, what matters the most is your perseverance and your reason why you want to improve yourself and be free of addictions. That is something your counter cant show. Dont be too hard on yourself, if you stay true to your goals, your victory will come before long, and none of your continuous investment will be lost.
Well done. However, rules say when you join, your post counter is meant to be 0 in here, but just leave your NoFap counter at 103 with your long streak.
Not surrendering to the stupidest thing in the world. Keeping fighting as an unshakeable and tough warrior.
I started registering on February 18th, which means on 22 days now. In fact, I've met a lot of people who have been creating motivations for me. I'm so grateful to all of you. My life is so good now. I'll keep going to reach 30 challenges, and 60 challenges, 90 challenges. Have a awesome day all of you.
Ok yeah I find the restarting the counter thing confusing if you're just trying to keep track of your total so I'd prefer to just leave it as is. I'm not even sure if I'm doing the 365 challenge officially - I just need a place to check in most days if I can, and this seemed like the best fit since I "outgrew" the 90-day. Let me know if there's somewhere else I should be posting thanks.
These are the times when you need to take extra care of yourself, treat yourself with kindness and compassion like you would do for another person that you cared about. Take time to be with the feelings. Take time to rest and heal. Don't push yourself too hard.
For me, I don't miss masterbation at all, but I'm much older than you and the body and hormones seem to become easier to navigate over time. I remember being very driven by sex when I was a teenager, maybe similar to you, so I know it's a tough road to travel. Living without porn is an awesome accomplishment! Your life will certainly be better if you can keep porn out of it.
Checking in for the day. I read alot of good stuff on here just now. Thanks everyone for being in this challenge. Not much to say. Another day ,one day at a time.
All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king. J.R.R.
