Hi, I have tried and failed multiple times. I am now scared of how bad the addiction has gotten. I need an older/experienced individual who has fought through to guide me. I have a job, a fiancee, and a good family relationship. But this is a crippling problem I am constantly struggling with. E: Been watching for the last 10 years or so. The new porn is on Instagram/TikTok/Social-media. I don't have a single social media account and I don't enjoy it, but I do scroll it and get triggered and then relapse. Thanks, kopawonka
Social media is the biggest problem for me. But I've finally for rid of them all and got app blockers to prevent me from scrolling through them. Day 31 and going strong
The scariest time is when your knees deep in addiction but the longer you abstain, the weaker the shackles become. You can pull away from your vice if you desire it with all your heart.
You can imagine if you can get a streak of months or even a year then your outlook will be different, even if a streak isn't everything you will see it is possible. There are a lot of people with a lot of success on here, different approaches and helpful information. Stick around and read selectively, there's a lot of general chit chat but there is also very specific information on things that can help the reboot process but it's up to you to implement them.
