Hey everybody i am sick and tired of not being able to have control in this particular area of my life. My story- 6 months ago i quit masturbating for 4 months, felt great, then i indulged and my hell resurged. I need to get this out of my life for good! I am quitting today cold turkey, and will update how im doing in two weeks, wish me luck!
