You will start by defining that one big vision of the man or women you want to be. During the challenge, you will have lots of chances to redefine that ultimate vision of yours. On this journey, you are going to encounter a monthly milestone challenge. 50 of these milestone challenges in total are actually going to change the way you live your life! That's for sure. 25 of them are predefined, and 25 of them are your choice. By killing all the things that do not serve you, and instead distract you, you will gain the air to breathe, the space to get sorted, the time to work on this challenge. In the challenge of your life. 1) So, take at least 1 hour today to start a list of the things that rob your lifetime. Just write them all into a list. No particular order required - start now! 2) Now rate the importance of them in your life for each of them from 1 (not essential) to 10 (very essential) 3) Now rate the amount of time they consume from 1 (very low) to 10 ( very high) 4) Keep the list with you during the whole 1st week and add further things to the list as soon as you recognize them. 5) Use each day (starting with day 1) during the 1st month to eliminate things from your list, which do occupy your lifetime. Pick the once which have low importance in your life and a high consumption rate first. 6) If you find deep insights or conclusions, note them down! Why? Because when you write it down it is like a daily contract with yourself and it will sink deeper into your positive believe system about yourself. It might be jogging, weight lifting, running, exercises. Choose something to get you into action and enjoy it! Add to your morning journal 1 thing you will say "No" to today. That could be saying "no" to a friend's request, to your boss, partner or colleague or so. The secret here is not to be egoistic by rejecting others or not helping them. It is about your active choice to say "NO" to certain requests. To really look inside and to start to live your truth. For sure you can help others and support them. Just allow yourself to listen deep inside yourself and find out when you rather would like to say "No". And then say it (in a kind way) No.5 The Unvarnished Truth Man, you are awesome. This is month No.5. Crazy you are crushing it. But now let's get serious. Your challenge for this month is to be as close as possible 100% truthful. Tell the truth! Your challenges are always so crazy and demanding but that's why I love them I need to change no matter how no matter in how much time so just give me the time to figure out who it works and most important how I want my moths to be and I'll join you in this journey too there's only a question as I read it now.. As long as I am total honest with you can I just keep my badge? I mean P for me is the real enemy, the hard mode is because I am single, so watching P will reset my counter anyway, I know it sounds stupid but I would have liked to reach my exams at university with a 100 days on my counter because it will feel good..

And if someone will get through the struggle of 1500 days, this person will have achieved the same amount of growth then we do with less struggle. Honesty is the key to achieve that goal. Day 6 in the Challenge and today (now!) I write my list of the first milestone challenge: Kill The Time Wasters Update after 1 hour 30 minutes. I have made 2 Lists. No. 1 As described above. No.2: Then i reorgsanised the list and rated them in order. Now i have got a list of 13 Topics in 7 different degrees of importance. I made an action plan out of them by turning them into small action steps to see the possibilities i have instead of the resistances.
Day 8. Big struggles ahead of me. This is not going to be an easy one. Time wasters are identified. Now it is time to get rid of them. Hug Jörg
