I’ve heard that phrase said with pride and now I just see it as a cop out. It seems easy to play this game, to understand the rules no matter how tedious or limiting. Yet look around you and see how that works out. Sure you see “good” people struggling and tripping over themselves. Are they really good? Or are they just careless about their own life and just focus on others. Personally I don’t want to be anywhere near a person who doesn’t give a fuck. It’s like saying that everything they did in this life was just a waste. So why wouldn’t they look at me and think the same? That I’m just lying to myself and making more out of nothing. Is it really nothing? Are you coming here because you are bored and want to pass time?. If so that’s fine but who should listen to you. I care for what I say so that’s why I say it in the first place. Simple right
