FEELING CLEAR HEADED. I've been here before, and find about the 4th day of no PMO to be a threshold point where I get urges.

I believe the key to daily success is to have structure and a planned day. Being busy negates free time towards porn or escorts. Plan your work and work your plan. GO.

Pretty low energy levels today. Still got some brain fog, but my confidence is rising. I got a pretty big urge but I took a cold shower and stayed on my streak.
