    That's great!
    I'm learning that if I'm tired around noon time, it's better to take a nap if you can so that the tiredness gets diminished or atleast reduces hopefully and one does not reach night time in that susceptible state. Good luck!

    You can do it. I used to relapse every week too. You have to give it everything you got. Persistentance is key, strategy helps and getting an accountability partner might help you out and cold showers are urge killers. Good luck nini. You got this.
