I appreciate the support you've given me recently. A tough day is a chance to show yourself that you can push through and focus on personal growth.

It's easy to feel kinda invisible amongst all the people here, so I like to help cheer people on. Support can be the difference some days.

Hey old war buddy. I'd like to report something positive, but I'm a shadow of what I was when you knew me on the nofap front. I don't have that discipline anymore and have never got back there. I haven't been posting here for a bit now, got a lot going on work wise.

I probably should say the same about me. I once had a streak of almost 4 months. But now I am far weaker than my previous self. Let's strive and regain our previous self.

Yes, @from2003 as @King Carlsen said it does become distracting and time wasting. I also felt like my mind state was being negatively effected by constantly having certain types of recommendations thrown my way.
