    I went and got all mine filled and teeth cleaned and braces removed so I didn't have to go back during pandemic

  Really need to reduce my sugar intake, because clearly I'm eating more than I think that even teeth cleaning isn't helping with it.

    Hey Billy, one thing that helped me was to only eat fruit when I wanted sugar. I find it's hard to over consume on & more filling.

    Yeah I need to work on eating more whole foods & reducing my junk. I also need to get in the habit of rinsing my mouth out after a meal, as read that helps in getting foods that are stuck in teeth.

    I know this, man. As much as you want it, as more you go for it. Try to replace this with other things or just cut this from your schedule. Beyond tired, what feelings could you relate you have gone through while doing this?
