  I relapsed at least 100 times these past 2 months, right now I can't see myself escaping this addiction guys, does anyone relate?

    Yes I can I think you're currently feeling frustrated with you're daily routine. To avoid this frustration you need to make a deal with your brain that if I cross this day then I will eat or do or watch any movie or series what I like set rewards it should be weekly rewards not daily
