Hey guys! I unfortunately relapsed through M. I edged, and then it happened. I did almost 440 days and became a Valar! Far more than I had imagined. Of course Im not happy about it. But on the other hand, this slip doesnt define me. After my long journey on NoFap and my streak of almost a year and three months, Im a different person. I dont enjoy the masturbation. The no PMO lifestyle is now the norm for me, and I cant wait to get back on track. But rules are rules. I have to reset the counter. On this streak I have the following goal: To beat my streak of 440 days. Wish me luck guys! Wish you all the best on your journeys too!
Day 63. Tomorrow is a day off, so used a nice chance and met with friends this evening. I like days off. Will do street gymnastics tomorrow morning. Let's just go to sleep.
