Since three years ago I was thinking by myself 'One would need to create a movement; we men would have to dare to come out of that loneliness and silence, and join forces and talk about that addiction openly' - and today on the airplane I read in a German newspaper about NoFap. Yes, that's it !! I thought and here I am joining you, curious to discover and willing to challenge myself or to help others. I am in the 40's, happily married for some 15 years but with an urge to become more independent and more persuasive in my life and wasting less time during night .
