Inspired from a fellow Fapstronaut here. I’m starting this challenge of 21 Days of No Porn. M+O is allowed once a week, without use of porn. As in Porn, not only nude pictures and videos but also suggestive non-nudes in social media and Reddit The goal for this 21 Days challenge is give myself a COMPLETE DETOX from watching pornography and other suggestive content on Reddit and social media. Will Start Monday April 8th and will end Sunday April 28th. Reward: Half a day off from work and catch a movie and eat anything I like. Punishment: Will have to extend No P challenge for additional 21 days. (Intentionally watching porn or looking for suggestive content in Reddit or social media is considered a fail)
Keep going my friend. Just eradicate all of those distractions. Go for imageless browser, switch to dumb phone and heavily restrict your time on home internet (you can even cut off the connection-yes it is possible). ---> This was how I hit my 30 days last month.
Those are some great ideas. I’ve uninstalled all the apps that can be distracting from my phone. I’m ready to do anything it takes. And it’s great to hear that you hit 30 days last month. Keep going, people like you motivate and inspire me more.
Day 2/21 ✅. Had some urges towards the end of the day. Missed my workout today. Planning to keep myself busy throughout the day tomorrow and not miss my workout.
Day 3/21 ✅. Felt much better than yesterday, as in I didn’t have much urges. Worked out for a bit and kept myself busy through the day.
Day 4/21 ✅. Had very intense urges, to the point where it affected my normal routine. Hope I learn how to handle these kinda urges in the coming days. On the positive side, I felt more confident than I normally do, which I could feel when interacting with people.
Day 5/21 ✅. Mood is generally better. Feeling really motivated to complete my goals, which I’ve been struggling with for so many months. Went for a run.
Day 6/21 ✅. Still having urges from time to time, but not as much as the initial couple of days. First time this week, felt little low today.
Day 7/21 ✅. I’ve crossed this one week mark only a handful of times, so it’s a nice feeling to have crossed a week this time. And moreover, I feel like my headspace is clear and I’m more positive than i usually am.
Day 8/21 ✅. M+O without P - 1/1 for the week done. Honestly, I feel like this is a game changer. Let me explain … whenever I used to do NoFap earlier, I used to focus on not doing M and O, while I completely lost focus that P was the biggest problem in my life. And whenever I used to do these NoFaps, I used to lose in a week or so. I felt very helpless. Then I recently came across a post on here, where someone did a challenge with No P as the main focus, and with a couple of M and O allowed here and there, provided no P is involved. I was curious and started a similar one. Here I am one week later, haven’t resorted to P or even provocative stuff on social media and such. For the first time ever, I feel like I’m in control of my mind. I’m very looking forward to finishing this challenge for once
Day 12/21 ✅. This is a very important landmark for me, as I’ve failed to cross this 12 day mark a couple of times before. I’ve got high hopes and motivation this time.
Day 16/21 ✅ M+O without P - 1/1 for the week done. I’ve never gotten this far ever. Though I’m happy with the way everything is going, I’m also hoping that I finish the challenge successfully
