Hey there, I'm a little embarrassed to say this but I definitely know what it's like to be an addict. The guilt, frustration, anger. February of this year my friend told me about this site I was pretty skeptic but curiosity got the best of me. I never even realized how badly I was hooked on pmo. From that day forward I promised myself No more and went 110 days straight without PMO. I was so proud, clear minded and felt happy. One day something triggered me and I slowly got back into the habit of going from once every two weeks, to once a week, to once today, to once every couple hours.I felt like I took a huge leap backwards and felt awful. Eight days ago I decided that's it I'm done!! Please guys help me get through this as I know it's so worth it at the end.
