I'd like to introduce myself. My name is jay and I'm 34 years old. I found this site by chance and have been experimenting with NoFap for some years. I've managed 3 months before and periodically manage a month or 2 here and there before falling off the wagon. My main motivation for controlling desire is that I notice I'm so much more stronger when I'm celibate. Everything is better. More confidence, more physical strength, better memory, less feelings of anxiousness ( butterflies in the stomach). I shall be trying to occupy my mind by meditating, weight training and reading. I find when I slip it becomes a vacuum I'm stuck in and brings with it everything I consider to be bad about my life.
