I took most of the material from the original super saiyan challenge with some modifications, the first level is krillin instead of low class warrior and some of the ranks shuffled or changed. If you relapse, Zeno the King of all will strip you of all your Super Saiyan powers, you will LOSE ALL your transformations and techniques, and will sent be back to the start of your training again. Day 5 I've been doing squats to deal with urges, thinking of alternating between pushups and pullups depending on how the week turns out.
Day 8 I'm adding some white vinegar to the salt water brine I use when baking chicken breasts. I am excited for the turnout. I am dealing with urges today. The first time I worked out in a while.
