Hey all, I recently joined this community and have struggled with porn and masturbation for the better part of 25 years. About ten days ago, I Googled the hell out of "semen retention" and read everything that I could. Here's what I've noticed (just) ten days in. I wanted to post the results I've seen from just two weeks in. Here's what I've noticed: 1) Much, much more confidence. 2) When I speak to women, eye contact is solid and their replies are more natural. 3) More energy throughout the day. 4) My voice is noticeably deeper. 5) "Your eyes are so alive!" was spoken from a friend last Sunday at a social dance. 6) Girls smile at me more and check me out more often. 7) I've already caught three women stumbling through their words around me. I've heard that when ladies are nervous around guys they find attractive or like, they often can't seem to think straight or form a straight sentence. 8) Today at the grocery store, a woman strikes up a conversation with me in the isle. No initiation on my part. 9) I feel like a f-cking king walking into a room and could care less how people see me. This is seriously the closest thing to the Limitless movie. Holy cow, I've just started! Can't wait to see what it's like at week eight!
