Sign in to Work at 10:00 am and no distractions apart from break till 7:00 PM 3. Work out - 7:15 - 8:30 am 4. Guided meditation at 10:00 PM - Sitting posture 5. Sleep at 10:30 PM REWARD - COFFEE at 12:00 noon REWARD - Binge watch allowed at 7:30 - 8:30 PM OFF days - Work and record for 4 hrs in test IO #soldier mindset #Accountability #I am a Man ************ 0/200 ************
