I was constantly ask chatgpt about relapse since it gave instant answers... however i just found how inaccurate and not real these answer were... Like i did a test ask chatgpt if seeing nude pic count as relapse, its answer was no not relapse unless it lead to PMO. which was an open eye like... wtf i have been asking those questions wasn't completely lie? their answer base on pattern... i feel like i'm giving up on nofap tired of anxiety doubt about relapse... I really don't want to give up yet... but endless loop of doubts about relapse is killing me...
You need to define what behaviors are off-limits for you and which are considered true relapses. Most NoFappers would just consider it a "slip" if you look at a pornographic image, for instance ... but if you end up staring at your screen for an hour without blinking while jerking it, that's 100% a relapse. Stop asking ChatGPT about anything. You need to be communicating with real, flesh-and-blood human beings. ChatGPT offers zero connection, and connection is one of the most important parts of recovery.
I agree but gpt can be helpful for Fapstronauts when stressing because it offered pretty solid advice for me whenever I would be all over the place worrying about dumb things related to NoFap if I relapsed or not.
maybe ask the chat here instead, talk to real people that face the same issue regarding P addiction. Stay strong.
