I felt really tired tonight, I don't sleep all that well last night. I am having thoughts and my brain is really trying to find a way for me to relapse. I really do hate the fact that my brain is doing this. I know every day spend not watching in comparison to hour or less spent viewing doesn't hurt or decompose my progress further, but it's just so annoying.
Just accept that feeling, go a step back and breathe deeply. Make 15sec of mediation + 20 pushups. This helps me alot. Remember only we can save ourselves. We HAVE TO ignore those thoughts.
