Day 2 done! Some ways to improve: I tend to breathe irregularly when I focus on my breath. Too fast or to slow. I need to remember to let it be natural. I don't even try to put in effort sometimes. I sit down for meditation and my mind is already elsewhere. I need to muster the minimum dedication. I don't meditate in the allocated time. My timetable is a mess. I'll make sure to meditate at a particular time everyday.
Day 4 done! I've been able to even out my breath a bit without ruining it with my overthinking. It was much fun today because I just let go and meditated
Well Ive been meditating on and off for awhile. My ultimate (short term goal) is 20. So I started at 10, and when I could hit that consistently I moved up a minute, so now im at 13 haha.
I see, that's very interesting! I tend to jump from one multiple of ten to another and I forgot the power that a small increment holds. I think what you're doing is amazing, steady progress Good luck!
Back after a while. I've realized it's not about adding meditation to my life as a hobby, it's a necessity if I wanna go anywhere near destroying my pmo addiction.
Day 207 of 1-1.5 hours a day. Still haven't quit PMO though! Having one habit out of the way makes the others come into line. Meditation and alcohol have had their asses kicked. PMO and daily yoga are next!
