I'm sure it will. I think it's great that you start with 10 minutes and build it up over time. Too many of us want to go quick too fast and fail. When you start to meditate, you're 'supposed' to struggle. You are learning your mind to sit still for once and it's not used to do that.

Day 5: 10 minutes Total: 50 minutes I can definitely feel the last thing you said there, as my mind goes wild and I need to concentrate to calm it down (or not falling asleep). I'm currently using an app to help me practicing mindfulness, and it helps me alot. I can already feel some improvements after 30 days, which is very motivational.

Checking in! Been doing short daily meditations every night before falling asleep. Just a few minutes, but at least it's keeping the daily habit going. Need to get back into the formal sitting practice again though. Daily consecutive streak of 22 days right now.
