Rishabhv66 yes that's true I don't know about thin arms but for hairloss I surely know. When we MO an enzyme called 5 alpha reductase is released and converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which is according to some experts 3 - 5 and for some others 5-10 times more potent than testosterone. DHT is major cause of male pattern baldness.

  4. No, it doesn't directly lower testosterone but it lessens the body's ability to use testosterone fully. It does this by weakening the androgen receptors in the brain. Basically, it indirectly lowers testosterone.

@Chef Boy - can regular exercise help to lower the effect of this ? i mean that weaking of androgen receptor which you are talking about it ?
Can exercise for 15-20 mins help to lower the side effects of PMO in general ?

    Lifting weights increases testosterone.
Also avoid all foods with soy in them. Soy is very bad for men. It has a lot of estrogen in it.

Yes there is a way to reduced DHT formed as a result of PMO/MO, green tea does it for you it's a natural and quite effective DHT blocker, trust me i've tried it and the effect is noticeable.

    Sports in general increase testosterone.
And no, soy is not bad for men. I used to eat soy regularly for awhile and it didn't change anything (except making me feel more healthy). Besides, estrogen isn't bad for men in general. Men also produce estrogen in lower quantities, it's not like it's toxic for men.

Soy would kill my thyroid so I avoid it.

    Replacing Meat with Soy
Totally cutting meat out of your diet and replacing it with soy is a common health decision these days, but it may end up lowering your testosterone levels over time. A combination of the plant estrogens in soy and the lack of complete proteins from meat have been correlated with a 10% dip in testosterone levels after 4 weeks of a change in diet.

I see. I mostly go with the variety-rule. These days every food seems to have potentially dangerous side effects, so I just try to eat a little bit of everything.
To be honest, a little bit less testosterone might be good for some men. Testosterone makes you aggressive and I think it also increases the amount of iron in your blood (which is associated with heart attacks and circulatory problems). It can also enhance hair loss.
But hey, I'm also trying to have high-testosterone levels for work out reasons, so I shouldn't be so hypocritical and talk bad about testosterone-enthusiasts.
