Just a quick post on here to celebrate day 90 of my recovery. It hasn’t been easy but it hasn’t been as difficult as I thought it would be. A number of things have helped: 1. Complete honesty with my wife. I am still working on this. 2. Reduced screen time - my phone is out of my reach a lot of the day. 3. Counselling sessions 4. Support group meetings 5. Taking each day one day at a time. 6. Journaling and focussing on things I am grateful for. 7. The support of my wife has been essential. If I can achieve this, so can anyone. But I also know that I have been here before. This time needs to be different -this time will be different.
congratulations . My 90 days was hard to pass and also a few days later as well. right know I am struggling a bit and have to fight again. We can do this...
It is a challenge but that is the nature of the beast. Take heart in your achievements so far, take every day one day at a time. We can do this and become better people.
That's great. Can you explain how if anything, your life has changed? For better or worse. Much appreciated
I would like to congratulate you on your success. Keep moving ahead. May you live PMO free life for good.
Update: I have now hit 120 days of clean behaviour regarding PM. It feels great to be able to type that.
