Fasting will help much faster in dealing with urges and healing.

Relapsing is not a solution. Just stay away from the triggers or the causes of them. Slow down. Take one day at a time.

for a month or a week they do this an the jar of water or what ever that recieved the negative was gross looking, poluted, fungus, but the positive nothing really happened to it, looks fresher,

but i know negative self talk to ourselves does something to our blood. also positive talk,im aware of this thats why im trying to figure out how to think an feel positive again

I am most of those things, too. Especially insecure and super jealous.

37 days is amazing! If you did it once ever 37 days, that would only be 10x a year. Not bad!

The exam I was talking about was virtual, so I cheated with a bunch of friends. It's always fun. And it wasn't an important subject so It's not gonna be a problem later

20 days isn't bad. You shouldn't be discouraged. Try building up another streak. Now u feel low in confidence, but after few days u will regain it back. I have gone through this many times relapse after 15 days. Not look back and be careful for the chaser effect. It is the reason that people keep relapsing. They can't get the old p memories out of mind. Look at your weakness.

Beware of what type of thing made you relapse and try to avoid that. Every person has a particular weakness.

I'm not discouraged at all @Mr. Cooler . Thanks for your advice, It's absolutely right, getting the old memories out is hard. I just posted a long analysis of the situation lol
