More people need to be on Nofap. This site could use some new blood and posts. I would say you are correct that most guys have a problem watching too much porn, but they haven't found this site to help them quit.
I’ve run into a few people here and there that show the signs of being on NoFap. My gut tells me there is a quiet silent shift taking place in our culture away from porn and excessive MO. No one is willing to admit it publicly for obvious reasons but as you practice NoFap you’ll sense other Fapstronauts and also recognize fapper traits in others as you reflect on how you used to be in your pre-NoFap life.
It probably varies by age group I think. My husband was in his mid teens when porn started to become available on the internet and admits he started to watch it regularly then, probably like many others. He is at a point where he is trying to get away from it now.
