day 7✅ didnt feel great the last two days but i passed the weekend that was very important in this journey.
Day 9 & 10. Checking in. Day 10 - Padawan The void was here a bit...very briefly. Me and JEDI KNIGHT have to deal with from time to time. What can you do lol. When is it kicks in for me at times then P and M is my "alcohol" similar to my situation. So I have to guard up. Yes...This is the way fellow Jedis/Siths Jedi out
Day 3 - Youngling This is the way Rather than having a methodical hour by hour daily schedule, I'm finding it better to just have a general outline of things I'll only allow myself to do. I have a list of things and hobbies to do through out the day, and I've just been doing them for as long as I want too. I did miss practicing the piano yesterday, but I was really immersed in doing something else so maybe it balances out. The point I think is that I've been investing my energies into much more productive activities and not spending my time mindlessly meandering on the internet wasting my time.
Day 11 - Padawan I saw this before and I was thinking...Mike Menzter diet and training your using to get in shape? His awesome at his physique at that time when he was competing. My mindset about diet/training is similar to his. I don't study him too much but we have similar beliefs in regards to training and diet. His advice are simple and real. Keeping it simple and no bull crap advice compared to things said circulated information in regards this area we have today. Last, I find it strange that the Accountability threads are here now in the "Events & Challenge" section. It belongs in the challenges and events section?? I don't see that AP section anymore. Not in The Mandalorian challenge here in the forum but to the brothers there and such. One more time...This is the way Jedi out
Sorry for disappearing, I'll be more consistent from now on. Last year I tapped into my competitive side and achieved NNN, from then on I was not able to achieve another full month... until now, my plan is to achieve NNN again and keep the streak going from there. Days 1 to 7 checking in!
