I appreciate your concern. However, I reject the term relapse. To relapse is to return to a state of deterioration. It suggests failure of some kind. After 417 days this was no failure. In fact, I would suggest that any amount of time is no failure. As long as a person continues to strive to be better than they are, they win. I am confused as to why people find it so hard to retain. However, I do feel that the person who struggles so hard to retain for one week has made more progress in that one week than someone who retained for 417 days on his first streak. The goal is not the number, the goal is the struggle. I have to repeat that, it's so important. The goal is not the number, the goal is the struggle. Thanks for your reply!
There's no goal is a state of mind. A permanent state of mind, if you understand your inner energy you realice there is no point in wasting it through ejaculation and finding ways to sublimate your energy.
Yes, it makes sense and I really appreciate you for taking the time to write such an elaborate answer. I hope you can get back on track with your good habits and I also realise that semen retention and good habits go hand in hand. Good luck, I look forward to see you continue to update us here on how it goes!
In my opinion, Reproduction is the only situation, we got to let our semen out. But there may be situations that i am not aware of. u have impressive control over ur energy. Ur decision must be for good. Keep progressing. Man... for somebody to break your record, even one year of SR is not enough. There r and can be only a few at this elite level. Respects...
