    Hello everyone, I have been lurking for sometime and decided to join. I have been involved in porn since I was in my teens and it has escalated from there. I have been involved in PMO for about 15 years. I want out! Any advice, articles, or support in welcome.

    I've started reading a book called "Letting Go" by David Hawkins. It was recommended to me by a friend. It looks like I will get a lot of useful info there.
