This has been debated a lot, and it depends on your porn use. If you have been a pretty heavy porn user in the past then there isn't any as of right now. When you break through, at least 90 days, this would be something to revisit. There are plenty of things out there on google to help. I had PME when I was very heavy into it, but when I get on some good streaks it starts to dissipate.
