@Force Majeure - hey there, it's been a while, but i'm back here to retrain, i kept it well for some time, but since last few weeks i've been all over the place with the screen time, - so want to get back on it again Day1/30 conditions: - All electronics and food done by 4pm (except some mobile, but not internet there)
14/14, challenge completed. So now I’ve done a 3-day, 7-day and 14-day challenge without any reset in between. I will do another challenge whenever I feel the need. Until then, keep fighting fellows.
Congrats @Force Majeure ! keep on it! as to me i making an amendment to my practice - one day a week i can extend screen time by few hours, but not by a whole overnighter, - so that would mean 18, 20 or22pm??? not sure yet, 8pm seems most reasonable, so let me roll with that for a while, sometimes even too much of a good thing can be a bad thing (in this case bit of boredom...) so i failed as of now and resseting my counter to 0/30 day 1 tommorow.
